Postpartum Registered Nurse

* Assess the physical and emotional needs of new mothers and their newborns.
* Provide education and support to new mothers on infant feeding, care, and mother-baby bonding.
* Monitor maternal and newborn vital signs and assist with any medical concerns.
* Facilitate communication and coordination between the mother, family, and healthcare team.
* Assist with medical procedures and treatments as needed.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
* Provide a safe and comfortable environment for new mothers and their families.

To be considered for these positions, we require the following qualifications:

* Valid and active RN license in Massachusetts.
* At least 2 years of recent Postpartum experience.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
