Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2333.00 - $2477.00

Travel RN Home Health jobs in Jacksonville, FL start mid-April and offer a 13-week contract with Monday through Friday 8-hour days and 40 hours per week. You must have a Florida RN license, home health experience, and OASIS proficiency. You will cover the Jacksonville area, making 5 to 6 visits per day, and mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, charting observations, administering medications, changing dressings, and educating patients and families on home care procedures.
