JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board Eligible
* Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
* Certifications: BLS
* Experience: Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology with clinical practicum; Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) required for Master's level

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform diagnostic hearing tests including pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients from birth to seniors.
* Interpret test results for patients and physicians.
* Make recommendations regarding the need for medical follow-up, hearing aids, ear protection, etc.
* Conduct hearing aid evaluations to determine the most appropriate amplification and fit the aids, providing detailed instruction on operation and maintenance.
* Provide routine maintenance and hearing aid troubleshooting for aids purchased through the office.
