MLT License for MN State, Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) via AMT, Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) via ASCP, Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) via AMT, Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) via ASCP, BLS and Co-vid vaccination card.
3 year experience as Medical Laboratory Technologist is required.
