REQUIREMENTS:

* 1 year of SLP experience
* LTC or Rehab experience
* New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
* TX State License
* CCC certified SLP
* 3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred
