Med/Surg Tele - Travel RN

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting assignment in Glendale, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative acute care team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

As a Med/Surg Tele RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and telemetry needs, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice to achieve positive patient outcomes. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout the patient's hospital stay.

In this role, you will coordinate patient care, supervise and delegate responsibilities to nursing support staff, provide education to patients and their families, and participate in discharge planning to promote continuity of care. Strong critical thinking skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting are essential.

Candidates must hold an active California Registered Nurse (RN) license and current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Previous acute care experience is preferred, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is considered an advantage.
