Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, CVOR
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS; BLS
SSN Required
DOB Required

MUST Scrub and Circulate CVOR.
Flu Vaccine - No exemptions
