JOB REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide hospitalist coverage at two hospitals during day and night shifts

* Manage a patient census of approximately 15 patients per shift (day) or work independently at night

* Collaborate with attending physicians, residents, and other advanced practice providers

* Respond to codes and rapid responses as the admitting provider

* Perform admissions (8-12 per night on average) and manage boarders in the ICU
