Attentive Care is a licensed home healthcare agency seeking an RN Supervisor to join our growing team.

This is a Full-time opportunity with daytime hours, though a part-time position may be considered for the right candidate.

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned home healthcare company with nearly 50 years of service in the Capital Region. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide supervisory support and case management for our home care clients.

Position Overview

The RN Supervisor will manage cases in client homes throughout the Capital Region, conducting home visits to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. This role includes assessments, care plan development, case management, quality assurance, and employee supervision.

Prior homecare experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualified applicants must hold a current NYS RN license and have at least one year of recent nursing experience. Experience with HHAeXchange is plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits
Develop and review care plans
Provide quality assurance and case management oversight
Supervise and support home health aides and caregivers
Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Occasional on-call shifts are required and are additionally compensated.
