RN ER jobs in Minneapolis, MN in the Emergency Department let you provide emergency nursing care to pediatric patients in a collaborative hospital setting. You must have a current Minnesota RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least one year of pediatric critical care experience or two years of adult critical care experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important. Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills are essential, and experience in pediatric emergency nursing is preferred.
