Job Summary :

Job Title : LPN-LTC
Location : Silver city,NM 88061
(Other locations are also available for travel/local candidates)
Shift : Day/Nights shift 3x12
Duration : 13 weeks with solid possibility of extension based on performance
Guaranteed Hours : 36/week
Pay : $30.00-$45.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care and vital sign monitoring.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and treatments.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to support quality resident care.

Experience:


LPN: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:


BLS Certification (Preferred)
LPN LICENSE for NM State? (Preferred)
Shift availability:

Job Requirements:

Active LPN License (New Mexico or Compact State License).
Active BLS Certification.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of LPN experience.
New Graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.
