Rapid Temps is hiring experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for a 13-week travel nursing assignment at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Pay & Assignment Details
36 Hours: $2,808/week
48 Hours: $3,824/week
Location: Springfield, MA
Facility: Baystate Medical Center
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 available
Unit: 118-bed Emergency Department
Patient Ratios: Typically 1:6
Holiday Coverage: Required
Responsibilities
Provide emergency care to patients with varying levels of acuity.
Manage critically ill and unstable patients, including ICU-level cases.
Care for emergency, trauma, and behavioral health patients.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
Collaborate with the emergency department team. - Requirements

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience
Active Massachusetts RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong critical care and emergency nursing skills
Must reside more than 90 miles from the facility
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department - Location
