Unit: Operating Room
Shift: Days (7:00am-5:30pm) 4x10s
NO block scheduling
On-Call responsibilities are every 5-6 evening thru 7am the following day, and every 6th or 7th weekend
Need to be flex and fluid
Scrub Color: Any
Must work every other major holiday
Up to date resume that includes 1+ year(s) of experience in specialty
Also, documenting travel experience; first time travelers will not be considered
2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty

Current AHA BLS & ACLS required
Flu vaccine required
NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing ACTIVE current or conditional Massachusetts RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present).
RTO must be included at time of submission
EMR Experience Preferred: EPIC
Duties
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT scans, PET scans, mammography, DEXA scans, sonography, and nuclear medicine studies with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols during all imaging procedures to protect patients and staff.
Assist in emergency room evaluations by providing rapid imaging support for trauma cases, including Level II trauma center protocols and Level I trauma center requirements.
Operate advanced imaging equipment such as PET scanners, CT machines, and ultrasound devices while maintaining calibration and quality control standards.
Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to interpret images accurately for diagnostic evaluation and clinical decision-making.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures, patient information, and technical data in compliance with medical terminology standards.
Support specialized imaging procedures such as mammography, DEXA scans for bone density assessment, and physiology-based studies when needed.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to optimize image quality and diagnostic accuracy across diverse patient populations.
Participate in ongoing training related to diagnostic radiology advancements, emergency medicine protocols, and new imaging technologies.
