We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team for a night shift role. The RRT will provide respiratory care to patients, operate ventilators, administer treatments, and work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

### **Compensation**

* **Salary Range (based on experience):**

* Under 1 year: $29.56 – $31.04/hr
* 2–3 years: $32.52/hr
* 4–5 years: $33.99/hr
* 6–7 years: $35.47/hr
* 9–10+ years: $36.95/hr
* 12+ years: $40.65/hr

* **Shift Differentials:**

* Nights: +$4.25/hr
* Weekends: +$3.00/hr

* **Additional Benefits:**

* Active RRT certification (required)
* State license (as applicable)
