REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and caregiving skills.
* BLS required; additional geriatric or LTC certifications preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assess and monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
* Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely.
* Document care accurately and maintain compliance with LTC regulations.
* Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care.
