REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Certification as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
* Previous experience in personal care, healthcare, or a similar role is preferred
* CPR and First Aid certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
* Support mobility (walking, transferring, positioning).
* Provide companionship and engage in activities.
* Help with meals and dietary needs.
* Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying).
* Monitor and report health changes.
* Administer medications (if trained and authorized).
* Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
* Follow care plans and document daily activities.
* Other duties assigned by Management
