REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse State license.
* BLS certification.
* **Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
* **Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Deliver direct nursing care to patients under the guidance of RNs or physicians.
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
* Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds while monitoring for infection or complications.
* Continuously monitor and document patients' vital signs.
* Maintain detailed patient records and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
* Respond swiftly during medical emergencies and adhere to infection control procedures.
