Registered Nurse Long Term Care

Job Duties
· Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
· Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in health conditions.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow healthcare standards.
· Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
· Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care outcomes.

· Active RN License or Compact RN License.
· BLS Certification.
· Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
· Long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare experience preferred.
· Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
