Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Pay: $2,726 gross/week based on 40 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends: None
Holidays: None
Start Date: Once Cleared
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel nursing opportunity in a Diabetes Clinic in Fort Defiance, Arizona.
This position offers an excellent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends or holidays, making it a great travel opportunity for an RN seeking a consistent workweek.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients receiving diabetes-related services
Perform patient assessments and monitor ongoing health conditions
Assist with diabetes management and individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on blood glucose monitoring, medications, nutrition, and disease management
Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Requirements

Active RN license
Current BLS certification
Outpatient, ambulatory, diabetes, or chronic disease nursing experience preferred
Strong patient education and communication skills
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - Location
