Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a fast-paced multi-specialty surgical team in Augusta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have strong OR circulator experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity perioperative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
• Serve as OR circulator for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and surgical protocols
• Support efficient workflow within the operating room environment

Requirements:
• Active RN License (Compact or Georgia License preferred)
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2–3 years of OR circulator experience required
• Experience in a multi-service operating room preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting

Schedule & Additional Details:
• Weekday Mid Shift beginning at 10:45 AM
• 3 on-call shifts required within a 4-week schedule
• OR scrubs provided by facility
