Description

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing
Location: 403 South State Street, Hubbard, IA 50122
Duration: 40 Hours per Week
Shift: 3 x 16-Hour Day Shifts (Friday Start)
Start Date: 1 November, 2025
Job Description:
As an LPN in a Skilled Nursing facility, you will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support residents’ health and comfort. You’ll work closely with the RN team and facility staff to ensure high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Current BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting
