Licensed Practical Nurse

Seeking experienced LPNs/LVNs for night-shift travel assignments in their long-term care facility. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs with strong LTC backgrounds looking for a consistent schedule, supportive environment, and stable caseloads.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting.
Assist with medication administration, treatments, wound care, and documentation.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or provider.
Support daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and safety.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident care plans.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility standards.

Minimum 1+ year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience

LTC experience is required – no exceptions

Travel experience preferred

BLS (AHA) required
