Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician and ensure high-quality patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
Support physicians and RNs during treatments and procedures.

Qualifications:
Valid and active LPN/LVN license.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
