Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)

"A hospital in Conroe, TX is seeking a mid-level Registered Nurse (RN) to support its Behavioral Health program. This is an in-person, on-site position requiring regular reporting to the facility. The role is open to candidates with established RN licensure and direct behavioral health clinical experience.

Compensation. $70,000 - $87,000 per year"

The role. The RN in this position will provide direct patient care within a behavioral health setting, applying clinical assessment, intervention, and care coordination skills. Responsibilities follow standard nursing practice for behavioral health environments, including patient monitoring, treatment planning support, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.

What we're looking for.

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
• Preferred: Additional Behavioral Health clinical experience
• Preferred: Acute care or emergency room (ER) experience
