Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units Shift or schedule requirements. 12-hour shifts - Night (1845 to 0715) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2-10 years’ experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, ACLS (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC) Floating to other units/departments. Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions) Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18; Cardiovascular Unit - 15 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights Laulima 1:6 Cardiovascular 1:4 Ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves Dress Code.
