* Organization approved workplace violence training required or obtained by the last day of the month after 90 day grace period
* AHA- ACLS or obtain within 6 months of hire
* AHA- PALS or ENPC card or obtain within 1 year of hire
* TNCC or obtain within 1 year of hire
