REQUIREMENTS:

* Recent (within past 5 years) hospital experience
* 2 years of Med Surg experience
* Will be required to float
* Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer. Crisis compliance requirements- can start with several items pending

* Certifications - certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
* License- OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
