REQUIREMENTS:

* Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
* American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)-Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) class or organization approved workplace violence training or obtain within 6 months of hire which must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 6 month grace period
* American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at the time of hire or within 6 months of hire
* American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course card at the time of hire or within 6 months of hire
* Ultrasound guided IV insertion competency within 6 months of hire
* Recent (within past 5 years) acute care hospital experience preferred
* Critical Care/Emergency Department experience preferred
* Oregon license
* BLS
* BLS (AHA)
