REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in practicing state required.
* PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative experience preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Post-Anesthesia Monitoring:

* Monitor vital signs, airway, and patient status postop.
* Administer medications, pain management, and interventions.

* Critical Response:

* Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
* Escalate potential complications immediately.

* Documentation & Teamwork:

* Document patient care accurately in the chart.
* Educate patients on postprocedure and discharge care.
* Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams.
