Job Description

We are hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/T-LPN) for multiple long-term care and skilled nursing facilities across New Mexico. These contract opportunities offer consistent hours, flexible shift options, and the opportunity to work with well-established healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide compassionate nursing care while following facility policies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations.
Requirements
Active New Mexico LPN License (or eligibility to practice in NM).
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience (LTC/SNF experience preferred).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work scheduled weekends and rotating shifts as required by the facility.
Shift Details
Day and Night shifts available.
12-week contract.
36 guaranteed hours per week.
Multiple start dates available.
Important Notes
Some positions are Local Candidates Only.
Certain facilities currently require nurses to administer medications without medication technician support.
Mandatory facility orientation/training must be completed before starting clinical duties.
Weekend and rotating schedules may apply depending on the facility.
