Traveling Nurse Trainer – Aesthetic / Med Spa

Compensation:
• $28/hour while working remotely
• $30/hour during travel assignments

Position Overview
The Traveling Nurse Trainer will support new and existing med spa locations by training nurses and providers, reinforcing treatment protocols, supporting operational workflows, and helping maintain consistent standards of patient care and documentation.

The company is expanding quickly, so this role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable traveling for extended periods when needed.

What You Will Do
• Train newly hired nurses and providers on aesthetic and med spa treatment protocols
• Support new location launches and operational setup
• Provide hands-on clinical training and technique guidance
• Conduct virtual training and retraining sessions when working remotely
• Monitor provider compliance with treatment protocols and documentation standards
• Review charting, treatment notes, before-and-after photos, and patient care documentation
• Support providers with product knowledge and treatment education
• Help stabilize newly opened locations during the launch phase
• Assist existing locations with retraining and performance improvement
• Work closely with managers, operations teams, and sales leadership
• Help maintain a high standard of patient experience and clinical consistency
• Travel to assigned locations as needed

Travel Requirements
• Extensive travel is required
• Must be comfortable traveling frequently
• Must be comfortable being away from home for up to 2 months if needed
• Assignments may range from 1–2 weeks or longer depending on business needs
• Sunday availability is required during travel assignments
• Initial assignments may include the Tampa and Bradenton areas of Florida

Work Schedule

While Traveling:
• Up to 6 days per week
• Monday to Friday and Sunday
• Focused on the assigned location and team
• Includes provider training, launch support, workflow support, and team coaching

While Remote:
• Up to 5 days per week
• Monday to Friday
• Includes virtual training, documentation review, provider support, retraining, and training coordination
