Job Overview

A growing aesthetic medical spa organization is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for local clinic-based opportunities across multiple states. While this position will be advertised remotely to attract a broader talent pool, this is an on-site/local role at one of our physical med spa locations.

This opportunity is ideal for both new graduate RNs and experienced nurses seeking a more structured clinical environment with consistent daytime hours, hands-on training, and long-term career growth in aesthetic medicine.

No hospital burnout. No overnight shifts. No rotating schedules.

We are looking for professional, client-focused nurses who are eager to grow in the aesthetics and wellness industry within a supportive and organized environment.

Position Summary

As an RN within our aesthetic medical spa team, you will work directly with scheduled clients in a calm and professional clinical setting. You will assist with aesthetic treatments, support patient care and safety, educate clients, and help deliver a high-quality client experience.

No prior aesthetic experience is required. Paid training and continuous support will be provided.

Schedule
* 4 days per week
* Sunday availability is required
* 3 additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday

Working Hours
* Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

No overnight shifts or hospital-style rotating schedules.

Compensation

Pay Range
$20–$27 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Additional Earnings Potential
* Client tips may be available based on client volume and performance
* 1% commission opportunity on qualifying package sales of $3,000+ related to services performed
* Fully paid training included

Paid Training Includes
* Week 1: Online onboarding and training
* Hands-on in-clinic training at assigned location

Total compensation may include hourly pay, tips, and eligible commissions.

Important Location Information

This is a local/on-site position at a physical location within the hiring state. Although this role may appear in remote job searches for visibility purposes, candidates must be willing to work on-site at their assigned clinic location.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with aesthetic treatments and non-invasive procedures under clinical supervision

Qualifications
* Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
