About the Case:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for a fulfilling school-based case in Valley Stream. You will be providing one-on-one care for a 14-year-old female student with complex medical needs.

Client Details:

Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy
Non-verbal, wheelchair-bound, non-weight bearing
Requires GTube feeding, oxygen/suction management
Asthma and seizure precautions in place
Responsibilities:

Accompany client to and from school
Monitor and manage medical equipment and needs throughout the day
Respond promptly to medical emergencies
Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure continuity of care

Active RN in NYS
Pediatric and/or school nursing experience preferred
Comfortable with GTube, suction, and seizure protocol
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
