1:1 Registered Nurse

Trusting Hands Homecare Agency is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN for a one-on-one school case in Franklin Square. This position involves providing support and supervision to an 18-year-old male student with Autism throughout the school day.

Location: Franklin Square, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:40 AM – 3:10 PM

Client Details:

18-year-old male diagnosed with Autism
Ambulatory
Regular diet
Seizure precautions in place
Follows verbal commands but may have difficulty expressing needs

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one nursing support during school hours
Monitor for seizure activity and respond per care plan
Ensure safety and supervision throughout the school day
Communicate clearly with school staff and family regarding any concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency protocols
