REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Physical Therapy State license.
* CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).
* Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Design and implement customized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
* Use hands-on techniques for mobility enhancement and pain relief.
* Apply therapeutic modalities and provide guidance on assistive devices.
* Educate patients and families and document patient progress accurately.
