REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license
* Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
* BLS required; ACLS preferred
* Several years of clinical nursing experience required
* Prior leadership or management experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit
* Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
* Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance
* Monitor patient flow, outcomes, and quality metrics
* Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Develop and support staff education and competencies
* Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
* Manage budget, resources, and regulatory compliance
