We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant to provide expert support and education to breastfeeding families. This role involves performing clinical assessments, developing personalized care plans, and providing both in-person and telephone follow-up care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to ensure optimal maternal-infant health outcomes. This position offers a stable 4-day, 10-hour work week.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.• Valid RN License (Texas or Compact).• IBCLC (International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant) certification required.• Current BLS certification.• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal counseling skills.
