Job Details
8hr days: 8am-4:30p(no on-call)
High School Diploma or equivalent Certifications: Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) OR Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COA)
3yrs experience required
very busy outpatient clinic
Manual Refractions required -
Adults Only
Assignment Details:
• Weekly Pay: $1,950
• Travel Contract
• Supportive clinical team
Responsibilities:
• Perform preliminary patient workups (visual acuity, refraction, tonometry)
• Assist ophthalmologist with exams and minor procedures
• Conduct diagnostic testing (OCT, visual fields, fundus photography)
• Document patient information accurately in EMR
• Maintain and prepare exam rooms and equipment
