REQUIREMENTS:

* Doctoral degree in Psychology.
* Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
* Knowledge of DSM diagnostic standards, evidence-based treatment, and correctional mental health practices.
* Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
* Provide mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
* Determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
* Collaborate with DOC staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
