REQUIREMENTS:

* Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
* Active LCSW license in Wisconsin
* Training and experience in clinical counseling
* Comfortable with crisis management and working in a secure environment
* Correctional experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
* Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week
* Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
* Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff
