HI- REHAB PT - ACUTE / Inpatient (04/13)

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab. TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNED RESIDENTS/PATIENTS; PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY PROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALIST AND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EMR - Meditech Required skills and minimum years of experience. minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute, rehab hosp., SNF) Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS Shift or schedule requirements. Variable- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm
