Required Qualifications
1. PA RN license (#, expiration)
2. BLS
3. Experience with Circulator in General MIS, Gyne, Urogyne, Gyne-Oncology, Breast, Plastics Recon, Vascular, Davinci Xi robot
4. DOB and SSN
