DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answer call lights
* Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.
* Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
* Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed
* Meet resident needs in a timely manner
* Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse
* Perform other duties as requested.
