Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Multiple Shifts

Quality Patient Centered Services LLC (QPCS) is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) professionals for a one-year assignment serving geriatric and disabled residents in King, Wisconsin.

Position Details

Location: N2665 County Road QQ, King, WI 54946
Contract: One year
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts

AM: 5:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

PM: 1:45 p.m.-10:15 p.m.

NOC: 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.

For this position, the weekend is Saturday and Sunday.

Pay:

1099 Independent Contractor: $23 per hour

Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct and indirect basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Assist approximately 60 geriatric and disabled residents with daily living, mobility, comfort, safety, and personal care.

Follow individualized care plans and promptly report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.

What You’ll Need

Current CNA certification and registry status valid in Wisconsin.

Compassion, dependability, strong observation skills, and the ability to work assigned weekends and holidays.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required for consideration, along with successful completion of all screening, credentialing, and facility-training requirements.
