Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients' conditions and report changes appropriately.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow individualized care plans and established clinical protocols.
Assist patients with daily activities while promoting comfort and independence.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection-control procedures and applicable healthcare regulations.
Provide patient and family education when appropriate.
Qualifications
Current and active LPN license applicable to the assignment location.
Previous LPN experience preferred.
Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
