REQUIREMENTS:

* Satisfactory completion of formal specific training in the approved Imaging Technology Program, as relevant to assigned modality (Copy of academic degree/transcript required upon hire if performing Moderate Complexity Testing)
* Requires current registration with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
* American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required at date of hire
* American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Current ARRT (R)
* Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter
* Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter
* High school graduate or equivalent preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferredAdditional advanced certification preferred In addition to the above requirements: Job code 626:Cardiovascular Svc Tech II must also hold one of the following certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
* Vascular Intervention Certification
* Cardiac Intervention CertificationJob code 630:Cardiovascular Svc Tech III must also hold two of the following certifications:

* Prior cardiovascular lab experience required
* Three (3) years relevant experience in a Cardiac Cath lab preferred
* Previous experience working in a hospital setting preferred
