Small Critical Access Hospital

This is an inpatient care position working within the Med/Surg and ICU departments (same floor and department).

Role Overview

Primarily works Med/Surg

Will serve as the primary ICU nurse when the ICU is openICU census is typically 1–2 patients per month

Schedule & Contract Details

Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from offer

Shift: 12‑hour Night Shift5:45 PM – 6:15 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Must be competent in administering IV drips, including vasoactive drips

Must have experience caring for ventilator patients

Must be competent with:ART lines

CVP monitoring

Stepdown nurses with ventilator experience will be considered
