As a home health aide, you would be responsible for delivering high quality care to a variety of clients following the plan of care. Home health care does require in field working time, you must have transportation and active car insurance. This position requires you to be self motivating and self sufficient with time management. You will communicate with the clients/caregivers and the RN case manager to ensure the client needs are met. You will report to the RN case manager any concerns.
