Lead Primary Care Nurse in Community-Focused Setting!

We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinic Lead to oversee daily operations and clinical staff in a primary rural health setting. This leadership role involves coordinating schedules, managing medical supplies and equipment maintenance, and monitoring quality control standards such as immunization logs and sterilization protocols. You will act as a bridge between staff and management, resolving patient issues, evaluating performance, and ensuring a positive, mission-driven environment. • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.


• Active RN License (Texas or Compact).


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical patient care experience.


• Previous healthcare management or lead experience preferred.


• Current BLS certification.


• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
