We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee nursing personnel and patient care delivery across multiple units. This critical leadership role involves organizing shift operations, ensuring proper staffing levels, and providing direction to clinical teams. You will act as the primary administrative authority on-site, addressing training needs, monitoring performance, and assisting with patient and family communications to ensure high-quality care standards are met.

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; BSN preferred (or in progress).


• Valid RN Licensure in the state of employment.


• 1–3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.


• Current BLS certification.


• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments.
